The company also created the Conectados con la Vida (Connected with Life) program, significantly improving health and safety levels and promoting the organizational culture.
- Created ISA Impact, a social innovation program that aims to provide electric power access and data connectivity to ISA’s communities of influence on the continent.
- Strengthened the organizational talent system, including the succession model for critical positions. It also created Campus ISA (corporate university), and certified the first group of female lineworkers for the maintenance of transmission lines.
- Accelerated the integration and synergy capture process within the Ecopetrol Group.
The standards of excellence, trust, and cordiality that characterize the culture of ISA and its companies were strengthened under Juan Emilio’s leadership.
