- This is the highest category to which a company can aspire in the Sustainable Leaders Agenda.
- It was also awarded third place as a Leading Company in Sustainability.
- This recognition ratifies ISA’s world-class practices in corporate governance, transparency, and sustainability.
This is a recognition of ISA’s “leadership, consistency, and excellence in public disclosure of information on its investor relations and sustainable development practices,” stated the ALAS20 organization.
The Agenda Líderes Sustentables (ALAS20) is the only Latin American initiative that evaluates, rates, and fully recognizes excellence regarding public disclosure of information on sustainable development practices, corporate governance, and responsible investments by companies and investors in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru.
This year, besides being recognized as the top winner, ISA won first place in the category Leader in Investor Relations, which was evaluated together with the Colombian Stock Exchange, and which highlighted “the company’s willingness and professionalism in its interaction with key players in the capital market.” The company also ranked third as a leading company in Sustainability for its “management and involvement with stakeholders in social and environmental affairs.”
“This is an affirmation of our consistency in maintaining world-class practices in corporate governance, transparency, and sustainability. It is also a recognition of the fulfillment of our value proposition to stakeholders and society,” said Juan Emilio Posada Echeverri, CEO of ISA.
This is the fifth recognition received by ISA and its companies from ALAS20 (2015, 2016, 2017, and 2022).
