At the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of ISA held on July 24, 2023, the election of the Board of Directors for the remaining statutory period (July 2023 – March 2024) was approved, with the appointment of Ricardo Roa Barragán as a member of the Board of Directors to replace Jaime Caballero Uribe.
