This is the second of three payments to be made by the company this year, the highest ordinary dividend paid in the company’s history.
The General Ordinary Stockholders’ Meeting, held on March 21, 2024, approved the distribution of 50% of the profits obtained in 2023. The total amount paid will be COP 1,229,522 million, which will be disbursed in three equal payments to its shareholders.
After the first payment made on May 29, 2024, the company will proceed with the second dividend payment of the year, totaling COP 409,840 million, equivalent to COP 370 per share for the 1,107,677,894 common shares outstanding. This amount is part of the total annual dividend of COP 1,110 per share.
With this second payment, shareholders will have received a total of COP 740 per share (COP 370 in May and COP 370 in July), with a final payment of COP 370 per share to be made on December 18, 2024.
Shareholders who held ISA shares prior to July 18, 2024, the date on which the ex-dividend period began, which was extended until July 23, 2024, will be entitled to payment.
The money corresponding to unclaimed dividends does not generate any yield or interest. Therefore, we recommend that shareholders claim it on the established dates, through their respective direct depositors (stockbrokers).
