The Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica de Brasil (ANEEL), as provided in
communication No. 3261 of September 27, 2013, authorized entering into a contract between CTEEP (ISA’s subsidiary) and INTERNEXA (ISA’s affiliate) to install
information transport networks on high-voltage lines granted to CTEEP in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
