ISA accepts the concept rendered by the Consulting and Civil Service Chamber of the Council of State, which made legal remarks on the Company to go on with the execution of Project Autopistas de la Prosperidad, under Inter Administrative contract entered into with Instituto Nacional de Concesiones –INCO- (today ANI).
